It gives us great pleasure to announce our new lunch program featuring fresh ingredients prepared in our own kitchen. We invite you to help welcome our new cooks, Beth and Lorrie, and we encourage you to offer menu suggestions. We Cook with Care is our motto and our goal is to provide your favorite foods at an affordable price. Join us each Monday, Wednesday and Friday to refuel and relax with friends.
Registered Seniors with birthdays receive their lunch and play BINGO for free on the fourth Friday of each month.
Win a FREE LUNCH! Submit your favorite entrée recipe for Lorri and Beth to whip up and serve on our new “My Favorites on Mondays! ” You win a free lunch if your recipe is selected. Print a submission form (PDF 52.8 KB) or e-mail your recipe to Allison or Linda.
We are pleased to announce that GMVCC will be getting a new kitchen! Work is scheduled to take place during the week of July 26 - 30, 2010. The 50+ Program will have bingo and lunch on July 26, 28 and 30 next door at the Den Youth Center. Doors will open at 10:30 and a simple fare that does not require cooking will be offered. We will have bingo and lunch at the Maple Valley Library Monday, August 2, 2010.

Social and Games
Good people, good conversation, and a good time
Join a game, catch up on the latest news, or relax with a good book in our library. We look forward to seeing you. Board and card games include pinochle, Mexican Train, cribbage, puzzles, and more. Wii Games include bowling, tennis, golf and boxing.
Please note: Times may vary due to holiday and party schedule.
Not just for kids, the Game Room is also open at The Den Youth Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for "experienced" players of pool, ping-pong, shuffleboard, foosball and more. Let's show them how it's done.

We take our Bingo seriously and you should, too. Games include Four Corners, Straight Bingo and Black-out. Winners every hour. Volunteer bingo callers are always welcome. Times may vary due to holiday and party schedule.

Celebrate the good times
Is your birthday this month? Celebrate with us on the fourth Friday when participants with birthdays that month receive their lunches free. And don’t forget to join in all of our other celebrations throughout the year. Check our GMVCC Calendar Highlights for our next scheduled party.
Effective October 1, 2009 there will be a $5 charge for lunch on special party days to help deflect the cost of extra treats. If you need a scholarship, please see Allison or Linda.
