Home-cooked favorites

Lorrie and Beth are two of the greatest cooks in the world according to a lot of our 50 + Program Participants. They work their wiles on all sorts of menus, from good old comfort food to Mexican to Asian and then some. Join us each Monday, Wednesday and Friday to refuel and relax with friends.

Lunch served each Mon., Wed., Fri. at 12:00. For those age 60+ registered with ADS (Aging & Disability Services) living in King County there is a suggested donation of $3.  For all others there is a $6 fee. PLEASE NOTE:  all menus are subject to availability of food items. Milk, coffee and tea are available for all lunches.

Everyone’s a winner

We take our Bingo seriously and you should, too. Games include Four Corners, Straight Bingo and Black-out. Winners every hour. Volunteer bingo callers are always welcome. Times may vary due to holiday and party schedule.

Registered Seniors with birthdays play BINGO for free on the fourth Friday of each month.

First Monday of Each Month

Reading is fun, interesting, and good for you! Join our monthly book club for lively conversation and to meet new people, too.

Book of the Month

Don't feel pressured to finish each book or dive deep into its meaning. This is supposed to be fun! Selections will made at each meeting, and will include titles from both fiction and non-fiction.

We will meet on the first Monday of each month from 10:00 am to10:45 am in the GMVCC library.

Cost is just $1.00 and you will be responsible for getting your own copy of the book. Age Requirement: 50+

Join us for monthly birthday parties scheduled on the 4th Wednesday of the month unless there is a program conflict. See our calendar to confirm schedule. Registered Seniors with birthdays receive birthday money to play Bingo!

Bingo is at 10:00, music by Ted Argo is at 11:00, and lunch is at 12:00. If it's your birthday month, this is all free!

Located in our Main Hall, our Lending Library is open for browsing every M/W/F from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  We have a large selection of reading material available for use. Stop by and select a book or three to enjoy at your leisure.

Donations of paperback books accepted, but at this time, we do not have the space to accept hardback book donations.
