All drivers are registered volunteers or employees with background checks through the Washington State Patrol. Information and referral for Metro and Access ride programs is also available. For more information or to schedule a ride call 425-432-1272.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Senior Program has free bus tickets for anyone that might have a need. When any car owner renews his tabs, he can check the box to receive transit tickets. If you choose to do this we would happily take any free tickets as your donation.

We'll help you get where you need to go.
The Greater Maple Valley Community Center Van provides rides to the Center for programs and lunch. Hop on for a ride with GMVCC van driver Joyce. Service is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm for those 50 years and older, disabled, or with limited income.
Van rides are $1 each way within our transportation boundaries. $20 bus passes (good for 20 rides) are available.

The GMVCC Senior Van Transportation Program is funded in part by grants from the King County Metro Add-VAN-tage Plus program and United Way.

Volunteer Chore Rides
Need a ride to a medical appointment?
The Greater Maple Valley Community Center has partnered with Catholic Community Services Volunteer Chore Services Program to provide transportation for seniors living in Maple Valley and the surrounding areas. Rides are available at no fee for eligible Seniors and disabled persons to and from medical appointments. Participants must meet elibility requirements to participate in the program.
Availability is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. You must be able to transfer into a private vehicle with minimal assistance. Caregivers and/or family members are welcome to ride along. All rides are dependent upon driver availability. GMVCC assumes no responsibility for late or missed appointments. In an emergency call 911.
To enroll in the program and/or schedule your ride, please contact Tracy or Jamie at 425-432-1272. Rides must be scheduled one (1) week in advance of your appointment. Have details of the trip ready including name of rider, destination address, and time of appointment.
