We are the gathering place in the event of a local, community-wide emergency, especially a cold weather emergency. We will offer shelter, warmth and sustenance to those who need us the most in the event of a disaster. The Greater Maple Valley Community enter has made a major investment in our community preparedness through the purchase and installation of an emergency generator. While this 130KW piece of equipment will allow the Community Center to continue to operate in the event of an emergency, it is vital that each individual and family prepare at home.
